Matthew Ogden is a highly experienced Professional Engineer and Project Manager with a proven track record in energy efficiency and performance contracting. With PE, CEM, and PMP certifications, he has led many large-scale projects with a focus on project development, planning, budgeting, and risk management. He has a strong background in complying with FAR, ASHRAE, and DOE regulations. As Manager of Public Sector Initiatives at Philadelphia Gas Works, he led a $19 million energy efficiency project resulting in an average 22% annual energy savings. He is also a board member of the Development Committee at Young Professionals in Energy (Philadelphia Chapter) and an active member of various professional organizations, including the Association of Energy Engineers and the Department of Energy's Energy Exchange and Better Buildings, Better Plants programs.
